Notably, we are pioneering the production of cultivated meat featuring a marbled structure.
By utilizing 3D printing technology, we can separately structure muscle and fat tissues—an approach that has been challenging until now.





Our initiative extends to the upcoming Kansai Expo.
At the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion of the 2025 Kansai Expo, we showcase two whole-cut pieces of cultivated meat measuring 15 cm x 9 cm x 1 cm. Through this exhibit, we aim to shift the perception of meat from something exclusively purchased at stores to something that can be produced at home. Our concept envisions a “future kitchen” where individuals have their own “meat maker” capable of producing marbled steaks tailored precisely to their personal health needs and taste preferences.
