We're developing an evaluation system that can predict the effectiveness of treatment using 'patient avatars' cultivated from patient cancer cells. The system makes it possible to evaluate/select drug efficacy in vitro for each patient. We're driving forward the evolution of personalized medicine.

Towards the development of personalized medicine
As cancer diagnosis and treatment advances day by day, personalized cancer care by testing cancer-related genes, rather than conventional uniform treatment, is beginning to take place.

However, there are many patients for whom genetic information alone cannot lead to treatment. To solve this problem, we are developing a system that directly evaluates the response to anticancer drugs using 'patient avatars' created with our unique invivoid® technology.

Inspection systems with invivoid®
Our system creates approximately 100 'patient avatars’ per patient and can measure multiple drug responses (e.g. platinum, molecular-targeted drugs, immuno-cell therapies) in a single test. We also aim to deliver results in a shorter time than with conventional comprehensive genetic testing.
