Overview For the second consecutive year, leading sustainable investment specialist RobecoSAM has recognized Toppan with a Bronze Class SAM Sustainability Award, given to companies scoring at least 54 and ranking in the top 10% of their sector. Toppan is also the only Japanese company in the Commercial Services & Supplies sector to receive an award for two years in a row. Toppan performed particularly well in areas related to the environment, such as climate strategy and environmental reporting.

This piece was planned and created as part of Suntory Bird Conservation Activities, one of the environment-related undertakings of Suntory Holdings. An event was held in which stork-shaped kites were flown with children to symbolize a commitment to creating rich natural habitats in Japan, where storks, which are at the top of the wetland ecosystem pyramid, have become extinct. This video documented the event.

Overview: The theme of “harmony” was selected with a motif of BENDA-KOGYO’s signature “perfectly round ring gear” as a symbol for the company’s 50th anniversary. Five posters were produced with creative design synchronizing “the beauty of a perfectly round product” with “the expressions of employees who are masters of their crafts.” This expressed BENDA-KOGYO’s firm commitment to manufacturing and the high reliability of its products.
