Toppan Printing Co., Ltd. (hereafter Toppan Printing; head office: Chiyoda Ward, Tokyo; President & Representative Director: Shingo Kaneko) has entered into an agreement to be a Tournament Supplier of Rugby World Cup 2019 (RWC 2019) in Japan, which will be held from September 20 to November 2, 2019.

 Toppan Printing has also signed a new agreement to be an Official Supporter of the Japanese men’s and women’s national rugby union teams from fiscal 2017 to 2019. In addition, following on from sponsorship in 2017, the company has entered into an agreement to continue to be a Match Sponsor of the Japan-based HITO-Communications SUNWOLVES in the Super Rugby competition for the 2018, 2019 and 2020 seasons. 

 Since its founding in 1900, Toppan Printing has consistently provided cutting-edge printing services in accordance with its Corporate Philosophy of being “a mainstay of information and culture.” The Rugby World Cup is held once every four years and is the sport’s premier event. Toppan Printing will provide support in the Printing Services category to Rugby World Cup 2019 in Japan. The company will also support Japan’s men’s and women’s national teams and Super Rugby’s HITO-Communications SUNWOLVES with the aim of contributing to strengthening the national teams and promoting the further growth of rugby in Japan.
