With this understanding, we have established the following policies to protect the privacy and respect the rights of our customers and consumers. The entire TOPPAN Group, including third parties such as contractors performing work on behalf of the TOPPAN Group, will work together to implement these initiatives.

In the event of any issues arising, we will address and rectify them promptly and appropriately.

When we receive requests for data deletion, correction, or other inquiries, complaints, or consultation from individuals, we will respond sincerely and address them appropriately and without delay.
