The TOPPAN Group Supplier Hotline is a reporting facility that aims to foster an even stronger relationship with our business partners by increasing the transparency and fairness of all business deals with TOPPAN Group.

Should, in the course of a business deal with a partner, a TOPPAN Group employee act in a way that violates our Conduct Guidelines, the contract with the partner, and/or any laws or regulations, or should there be any suspicion of a violation, partners are encouraged to contact the hotline so that the issue can be resolved.

When printing the form to file a report:

Reporting

  • Should, in the course of a business deal with a partner, a TOPPAN Group employee act in a way that violates our Conduct Guidelines, the contract with the partner, and/or any laws or regulations, or should there be any suspicion of a violation, please file a report.
  • Upon the receipt of every filed report, we will take appropriate action to deal with the matter by confirming the facts and carrying out an investigation. There may be cases where your cooperation is needed for the confirmation or investigation processes.
  • No disadvantage will result to either the reporter or the company the reporter works for because he or she filed the report.
  • The above shall not apply, however, in cases where the report is libelous, such as the filing of an intentionally false report.
